Please find below eight major points which must be shown by the renter when they first register on their arrival at the security gate. So that the renters can gain access to Los Granados-Phase II, it is also required that each key holder is supplied with a copy of the Los Granados (II) booklet.

ADVICE FOR ALL RENTERS

- The Guideline Notice placed in each ground floor portal must be adhered to

- The Community Booklet supplied to each apartment must be read

- After using the free pool sun beds, they should be stacked off the grass for the next days use. (This is to enable the lawns to be watered and the gardeners to cut the grass)

- All sun beds must stay within the pool area. (inside the pathways)

- No glass, china or bottles to be used around the pool area (strictly plastic only) for safety (Should a problem occur by ignoring this the pool would have to close for cleaning)

-During summer opening hours, inflatables(floating loungers, large floating toys etc) can not be used by children or adults in the pool

-When exiting or entering by the beach gate ALWAYS use your key and lock the gate behind you

- Any articles left unattended on the sunbeds for long periods(other than for swimming) will be removed and may be collected from the pool bar area.

We would also bring to your attention that he main gate access memory is now completely full so great care must be taken of the remotes which are now irreplaceable.
