Meet and greet

We try to arrange that all guests are personally escorted into the accommodation to make them comfortable and familiar with the property and surroundings, if they arrive late at night there is a safe outside the agents office where we can leave keys and directions, thus avoiding the normal process of leaving keys in a late night bar!!!

Linen

Fresh linen is supplied to the property, rental and laundry of bath sheets, all linen is white and of excellent quality.

Cleaning

We employ a full time agent whose job is to oversee the cleanliness of the property and to make sure the property is in its best possible condition at all times and organise cleaning before any arrival and after departure or whenever else you may require.

On call

They are open all week from 10am-7pm and 10am - 2pm on Saturday (the only management agent we know who do not take siestas). When the office is closed they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year by our emergency number 650 244 351 (again the only people crazy enough to give it 100%)

They are on call and capable to deal with anything that arises. They are a professional management company, it makes all the difference, if you have an emergency in the middle of the night or at weekends they are with you in minutes to calmly take care of any situation, they have done it all, dashes to hospitals, police reports, made premises secure after break ins, rescued people from outside balconies at 4am, etc etc.

Transfers

If you don’t wish to drive in Spain when you come over they can arrange for you to be met at the airport by Taxi from Duquesa and be taken straight to your accommodation.

The price is the same 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Unfortunatley Gibraltar can only be a return trip due to the border but a taxi rank is literaly 100 metres from the airport terminal on the Spanish side and should charge around the same rate to Duquesa.

La Duquesa Golf Course

Designed by Robert Trent Jones and established in 1985, La Duquesa winds round El Hacho beacon hill with magnificent views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and to Africa. The demanding course requires accurate driving and concentration. The 8th par 3 is only 125m long but has a drop of 30m!
The course has good practice facilities and lessons for all standards of players can be arranged. There is also a Gym, Snooker, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Tennis and Squash courts that can all be used for a small charge.

We can book as many rounds as you wish from a choice of over 30 top quality courses along the Costa del Sol. We have special discounted rates available to our clients - and guaranteed tee times. We can also book golf tuition if required and guarantee you a place in one of the regular Stableford Competitions which is an ideal way to play golf and make new friends at the same time.
